Shipping Terms & Conditions

Shipping

  • We use a courier service, we do not use the Post Office
  • Delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier company
  • Please note that we can not ship to certain areas such as townships, plots, or extreme outlying areas
  • There are no door-to-door deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
  • Although items may be in stock, unforeseen problems may arise e.g. physical stock may vary from system stock counts. If these problems occur the customer will be notified. Refunds will be processed if the stock cannot be sourced within a reasonable time frame
  • The correct shipping method must be chosen before finalizing order
  • Choosing the incorrect method could delay delivery and incur extra shipping charges
  • Kindly enquire with us if unsure on which shipping method to choose
  • Shipping prices are only applicable for orders under 30kg. If more than 30kg, contact us for a quote

Returns

  • Email us should you need to return an item
  • Refunds are subject to inspection of item(s) – in some cases items will need to be sent back to our supplier for evaluation and testing
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if no longer in a resalable condition or if items’ seal/packaging has beenbroken
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items are damaged from misuse, items are missing, or if the product is altered in any way
  • Failure to use the product in accordance with operating instructionsand/or general misuse and/or abuse
  • Radio’s & Amplifiers – these carry a supplier backed repair-warranty, while we do not swap out any faulty units, we will send the unit to our supplier for a warranty claim
  • Speakers & Subwoofers – do not have any warranty, unless specifically stated on the productdescription
  • Globes & Lighting – as with all globes & lighting products, there are no warranties given. It would be best to have a professional installer fit & wire up the necessary products
  • We are not responsible for damage or loss of any kind that may occur because of using or misusing any product purchased from us
  • Please re-package safely and include all original product packaging
  • We do not reimburse your shipping fee to us, but we will pay return shipping is the item is subject to replacement
  • Payment is due before shipment
  • All orders and payments received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day
